The internal application deadline for the Spring Awards is Wednesday May 4 at 4:30 PM for current and incoming RHSC Students and Trainees. Submit your application to rehab.gradprogram@ubc.ca by this deadline.
Please ensure that the following is attached to your application:
- Application Form – Part 1
- Application Form – Part 2
- Canadian CCV – CGS-Master’s Version
- Up-to-date, complete, official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate studies (including studies undertaken but not completed) up to December 31, 2021.
- If you completed a previous degree at UBC, please reach out to rehab.gradprogram@ubc.ca as soon as possible to receive your Academic History.
- Reference Form (your Referee can send their Form separately)
Please pay careful attention to the application guidelines and instructions! There have been previous applicants that have been rejected due to components missing, etc.
