As part of a special episode entitled “The Key to Overcoming Cancer” Dr. Campbell discussed the CHALLENGE Trial (2025), the first randomized controlled trial of its kind in the world to demonstrate that a sustained increase in moderate-to-vigorous physical activity significantly improves survival outcomes for colon cancer survivors and had a reduced risk of cancer recurrence compared to health education alone. - Ask An Expert: What can football tournaments teach us about preventing sports injuries?
