2024 Academic Events

Diving into your thesis or academic papers? Join our virtual study group specifically for rehabilitation science students, happening on Discord!

How it works: Start by joining our Discord channel. This peer-led initiative encourages students to post on our Facebook Group or Discord when they plan to be online, so others may join too! The RSEC team will also participate to encourage engagement. Stay for as little or as long as you feel comfortable in each session. You’re also welcome to stay muted and enjoy some soft study music while you work.

We hope this enhances your academic journey, navigating the complexities of thesis and paper writing with a supportive community. Whether you’re at the outset or deep into your research, this group is here to help.

Hope to see you on Discord

Whether you’re a seasoned speaker or just starting out, come to Diamond Healthcare Centre room 4115 on January 30th at 3 pm to practice speaking in front of an audience and have fun!
